My Story

Finn is a 4 year old mini Aussie with a big personality filling all 23 lbs of him. Finn is a mill survivor so he is still learning the ropes of everyday life as a typical normal dog. Finn would be best in a home with no children as he can have an old man personality towards children . Because Finn is an Aussie he does have prey drive so he should not be around cats and small animals as he likes to herd and nip at them. Finn would be best in a home with another dog as he does love to play with other dogs. Finn will need hands on training from potential adopters , he has made great progress while in his foster home. He will require grooming to maintain his coat. Finn does love to run so a fenced in yard is required and supervision outside. When it comes close to breakfast and dinner time Finn will let you know and start to herd you, he should be fed in his crate as he will also try to steal another dogs food from them when he’s done eating his own food. Finn currently sleeps well in his crate just fine, he should be crated when humans are eating as he believes he deserves yummy human food . Finn has a very wild and goofy personality when he’s not rough housing with his foster sister around the yard , Finn enjoys laying on the couch or digging in the blankets , he enjoys when it’s nice and cool out and will lay outside with you, he is a little shadow and will follow you anywhere. Finn just wants to find his forever home. Interested in meeting this cute little guy?
