George

George is a sweet old man, looking for a family to spend his retirement years with. Coming from a history of being an outdoor pet, we are looking for a family that will allow him to be an indoor family member. Suffering from pain due to arthritis, George didn't move around a whole lot when he first came to MARF. On a strict regimine for pain management and inflammation control, George is now happy and healthy and enjoys his evening walks. He currently is dealing with common fatty tumors, but they will soon be removed. Despite being 13 yrs old, his bloodwork came back to show that he has no other health issues, and the veterinarian says that he has many more years to enjoy with his forever family. If you are interested in adopting a calm and loving senior dog, George may be the one for you!

Our animals are all in foster homes. We take them weekly to an adoption event for adopters to meet them. To find out where they are this week go to www.madisonarf.org. These applications are not contracts, but simply allow more information about those making inquiries (so that questions can be answered more thoroughly).
