Gibby is one of the small wonders of the world! Every time a cute smart puppy has an extended stay at the shelter another piece of our heart dies. We know this means the state of animal welfare continues in the wrong direction. Puppies never made it past their stray holds before a rescue would pull them. But the sad facts are that there just aren't enough committed homes for all the dogs we see. Gibby is all the fun things in a young dog, but in miniature size. He is ready to learn, grow, and be loved in a good home filled with good people.
Came in as a stray on 6/7/24.

The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.
All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter.
Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after time for decompression for the shelter dog.
