Gus has found his forever home with the Kerivans in Medfield, MA
UPDATE 9/7: Gus is being fostered in Walpole, MA so please apply for this sweet baby now!
What a super super puppy! Gus is 4.5 months old and weighs 17 lbs: will only weigh about 35 lbs fully grown and what a personality! He follows his foster around lovingly, loves car rides and people of all sizes! Our little fella was rescued from the side of the road in the south and he is a fun little guy: quiet, kind of submissive personality but not shy AND he is housebroken! To be honest, we don't know WHAT his breed mix is, possibly some Jack Russell, possibly some lab, but we think he's just an all-around true-blooded American mutt. He is probably the most lovable mutt you'll ever know. Adoption fee $450
Please complete an
online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit here: STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
