My Story

HOMER Although Homer is homeless, he is a very happy guy. He's happy because he lives with many dogs of assorted gender and size in his foster home so he doesn't know he's homeless! Yes, our happy Homer is a hunk who is hankering for some new digs where he can continue to happily hang out and give you lots of hugs. He spent many, many months at a shelter before we sent the Dober-mobile to rescue him. Now his social life has greatly improved and he is hardly ever alone! He looks like a hound dog because he is part hound and (we think) part Rottie. Whatever halves make him whole, we have to say he's a whole lot of loveable canine. Homer is the ideal family dog because he is laid back and generally content to spend his time huddled at your feet waiting for a potato chip to fall into his mouth! Homer is about 7 or 8 years young so he is completely over the annoying adolescent period. His adoption requirements are as follows: 1. 2 square meals a day. 2. A dog bed to lounge on, and 3. Unconditional love. Be careful! Meeting Homer will cause you to enjoy life a lot more! Happy, handsome, homeless Homer is hanging out and waiting for your call!
