Rover is a gentle little soul with a heart of gold and as cute as a button. He has a red coat with a handsome mask, beautiful hazel eyes and soft big ears that will tickle you. If his looks don't grab you his easy going personality will. Rover's greatest pleasure is to love and be loved. A simple touch makes him melt into you and gaze upon you with deep affection! His favorite spot is laying next to his human family where he quietly occupies himself with a stuffed toy or bone. Although mellow, Rover is not sleepy and he will delight you with his playful antics- wrestling a floppy toy, chasing fireflies, catching a frisbie as his ears and legs go all directions. He relishes playing in the yard and going for walks. He would be a wonderful companion who loves the outdoors. He was a trooper hiking in the Catskills and was so behaved in the hotel you couldn't tell a 6 month old puppy was there. Rover gets along with his foster canine siblings and does not bother the kitties. He is learning his commands and doing well with house training. And, he is crate trained! He is doing quite well with leash etiquette. Rover is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Rover will make a wonderful addition to a family that is home where he won't be crated and can enjoy his life!.
