Watching the owners of Star and Julie leave our home that day sealed the knowledge of what the downturn in the real estate industry did to families and their loving canine companions. Tears on their face saying goodbye to these two precious pups and in turn when they were gone Star and Julie sat staring at the door for hours waiting for them to come back. Each day they become more relaxed but every once in a while I see them looking longingly at that front door where they last saw their owners. Star is a small petite girl; weighing only 35 pounds and a beautiful black curlycoat with soft white patches on her chest. She loves to cuddle and give soft kisses---she is very gentle! Best is the tummy rubs whenever she can squeeze them in........... We are hoping someone will take the place of her family as this young girl deserves a family that can love her forever---perfect size at 32 pounds...she gets along well with all other dogs and is well socialized in her foster home.
