This gentle giant is Julius. He is a 4(ish) year old, stray, Great Dane. Julius came to us straight out of Compton where he was found using his height to rummage through garbage bins. The folks who found Julius are friends of Marley’s Mutts and contacted us after they were unable to find Julius’ owners. Julius has spent the last couple weeks in a warehouse in South LA and is, needless to say, thrilled to be up here in Tehachapi. He loves it up here with his new pack-mates and thrives on long, mountain walks. Julius is looking for a family that knows big dogs and who will provide him with the extraordinary amount of love that he requires.
