Little Lady Luck here has really earned her name. She is the most well-behaved lady, and her luck has finally had a turn for the better! Before she came to CSC, she lived on a farm in a rural area where she reportedly gave birth to puppies every year. When some CSC volunteers found her, she had been abandoned when her previous family moved away and left her behind. On top of that, she had given birth to her most recent litter just days before! Momma and puppies were all out in the searing summer heat without adequate shelter, and were lucky to even be alive. But she has been the most dedicated momma who is doing a great job raising her pups, and once they are gone she will be looking for a home of her own. She won't be available to go to her new home until around the end of september, after her puppies stop nursing and she has been spayed. We think whoever adopts her will be pretty lucky too!
