Lambert

Hi…my name is Lambert. Well, I’m here to tell you that “what happens in Vegas…” doesn’t always stay in Vegas! I was adopted from a rescue organization in Las Vegas back in March 2007 when I was 8 months old. The lady who adopted me later moved to Green Valley, and we had a really happy life together until things changed for her and she could no longer care for me. I was supposed to go back to Las Vegas, but somehow I got “misplaced” in the move and I was found by someone else in Sahuarita (yes, this is a very complicated story!). Suffice it to say, I’m here safe and sound at TALGV now, and it would be wonderful if I could find a new home in this area (I’ve grown to love the place!). I am a handsome, outgoing, crate trained, 3-½-year-old, St. Bernard/Akita mix boy who is as outgoing and happy-go-lucky as can be. My mom said that I’m excellent with people, children, and other animals (including cats and even hamsters!). The volunteers here agree that I would benefit from some “proper” obedience training though, but I’m eager to please (and to learn), so all I need is the right person to take me under his or her wing and turn me into the perfect canine that I know is hiding just under my fur!
