***If someone were willing to foster princess and Lucky for the rest of their lives, STAR would pay any reasonable medical expenses!***Princess(the black one) and Lucky (the red one) were rescued from a local humane society. They were dropped off when their elderly owners could no longer care of them. The relatives of their owner wanted to put them to sleep but the humane society convinced them to just turn them over so we could try to give them a second chance. There is one catch though...Lucky is blind. So Lucky depends on Princess to make him comfortable. They have both been incredibly sweet since being here at STAR. They are crate trained, and Princess is spayed and both are up to date on vaccines. We are going to consult our vet on getting Lucky neutered but he may be too old and it may frighten him too much.
