My Story

Welcome Luna, our 3rd ever foster in North Dakota and first in Bismarck! Little Luna is absolutely PRECIOUS and a beautiful red fawn color!!  She gives lots of kisses and she really is kind of bold in a timid way.  She rides in a car like a champion, but prefers to sit on your lap.  She walks well on a leash, and she has BEAUTIFUL teeth!

She loves to play, still has the bark when she plays which  has been scaring her playmates.  She sort of tells her foster when she needs to go out.  At night she will whine and that usually means she has to go out.

She will sit on the bed or the sofa with the other two IG's and just watch where her foster mom goes.  If out of sight more than a few minutes, she comes to find out where her mommy went.  She is a real good girl overall.  Took her on a walk a couple of days ago.

Luna has had her shots and has been spayed since entering rescue.  She hasn't had shots before coming to rescue, but her initial vet checkup went fine and now she is up-to-date.  Luna is our first IG to come to rescue with her tail docked, we don't know why either but it is a trait that makes her unique.

Luna is being fostered in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Please do your research on this breed before considering one for you home.  They are known for being difficult to housetrain, and when it is cold it is even more diffucult.  We are still learning about this little girl, and her personality and will post more as it becomes known.
