Macy

Hi, My name is Macy. I am 6 years old and have been living with my humans and 2 Westie sisters since I was about 9 months old. I loved my humans, but had trouble sharing their attention with my sisters. So much so that I would get into fights with them (that's why I am missing hair on my muzzle). My parents tried everything, but I REALLY wanted to be an ONLY dog. So my parents made the tough decision to release me to rescue so I could be happier.

So far, I have met some great people. My foster Dad holds me a lot and gives me lots of attention and I am doing better with the other dogs here. I still get a little jealous sometimes, but I am learning that I get better attention when I don't growl.

If you want a dog who is a loyal, loving pet, and loves to hang out on the couch with you as well as play with toys and go for walks, please check Macy out. She must be the only dog in the family and, preferably, be treated as a princess.

Macy is up to date on her shots, is heartworm negative and on preventative and has been spayed.

Oklahoma Westie Rescue will only adopt to applicants who reside within the following states: OK, AR, MO, KS and TX. If you live outside these areas OR if you have children under the age of 10, please do not apply for this dog.
