UPDATE: Maverick's DNA test came back and what a surprise. He's over 50% Bloodhound. We would never have figured that out from his looks, bu the sweet personality is definitely there.

Maverick is a fun loving, sweet dog. He was rescued from animal control. He never pees or poops in his kennel but we haven't had him in the house. So we're not sure if he's house trained but at his age and as smart as he is, it will be easy to train him. He walks well on a leash and we're working on commands. He catches on fast! He loves to play and brings to mind the word "goofball".
All our dogs are heartworm negative, spay/neutered, microchipped, treated for fleas and ticks, dewormed and treated for earmites before they are placed in a home.
