MIKEY - large adult neutered male Keeshund Mix
A very nice lady found me and searched all over for my family, but with no
luck. She brought me to this shelter when they had room and I am here
waiting for a new home and family to adopt me. During the time I spent with
her, I played with her two dogs, never had an accident in the house and
liked to go for walks. I am a very affectionate and good natured dog. I
would prefer to go to a family with mature children since when I get excited
I get a little mouthy. A good firm NO will do to stop me. Cats are not my
thing, I prefer the company of dogs.
Ask about the free 1-hour problems solving session given to adopters of dogs and puppies adopted from this shelter. We also give discounted group obedience classes. If you sign up the day you adopt me, you will save even more. Tell all your friends about the group classes, which are open to the public also at reasonable rates.
Ask about our Special Companions Membership program. We will notify you when a particular breed, size, or age arrives at the shelter.
