This is Missy
She is a Shih Tzu that was rescued in Horrible condition. There is a picture of before and after. Missy is about 5 years old and still in great shape. Her hair had to be shaved because of the matting. She is up to date with her shots and has been spayed! Her foster family has reported that she is doing wonderful. She is walking on a leash, working very hard with her Potty Training and has had no accidents. She is very loving and will be a wonderful addition to any family.
