My Story

Meet Montie, a lovable 2-year-old pup in search of a forever home! Montie might be a little shy when you first meet him, but with a bit of patience and love, he reveals his sweet and gentle nature. This young boy needs some training to perfect his manners, making him a great companion for someone ready to invest time and care. Ready to make Montie a part of your family? Fill out an adoption application on our website at www.metrodetroitanimals.org or visit the MaryAnn Wright Animal Adoption and Education Center to meet him in person. Let's give Montie the loving home he deserves!

For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
