Mylee

Mylee was rescued from South Carolina with her 2 pups where she had been starving, yet she never lost her faith or trust in people. She is about 1 year old and is like a puppy herself. She weighs about 45 lbs but still needs to put on a few pounds. She loves to play with people and other dogs and loves affection. She is living in a foster home with 4 other dogs, and is great with all of them. She is very smart, and has already mastered "sit", and gently gives you her paw when she wants you to pet her. She is extremely sweet and loving, and just wants a family of her own who will lover her and be kind. She is learning how to walk on a leash, and she is completely housebroken. She would love another doggie to play with. She is a special girl, who deserves a special family.

This organization is run by volunteers only and we try our best to save as many homeless pets as possible. Since there are only a few volunteers, please understand that we are unable to answer phone calls about the animals. The first step is to fill out an adoption application which you can find on the Pet Rescue website: www.ny-petrescue.org and we will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 5 days. Pet Rescue doesn't have a shelter where you can come and meet the dogs. All showings are by appointment after your application has been approved.
