UPDATE Feb.2: I had a really good visit at the dogtor's today and I'm happy to report that I am actually only 9 or 10 years old. I got my pieces whacked off, my toofers shined up (and the dogtor said my teef are in great shape!), and all my shots. It wasn't a tumor under my tail really, just a cyst that the dogtor drained. And I've gained 8 pounds already, so I'm getting my younger, healthy body back!

So I know, I'm older, I'm blind...you're worried I'm gonna be a heart-breaker. I'm looking for someone to love who is ready to live in the moment and cherish each one we have, and in the end, I pawmise your heart will be bigger and fuller than it was to start with...

My name is Neo. Well, that's my new name. I was found living in a storm drain. I'd been there for five days before I was picked up and taken to a shelter.

When I arrived at the shelter, I was very, very sick. I was peeing blood and could barely stand up. I'm now feeling better since this nice guy took me to the dogtor. I'm about 14 or 15 years old but I'm not sure. I weigh 56 pounds. I have a tumor under my tail and one on my foot. My prostate is bigger than it should be.

Oh, and one other thing......I'm blind. I can't see a thing. Nope, nothing. But I'm eating really good now and getting my strength back. The dogtor says I should weigh about 85 pounds so I'm working on that - I love to eat!!

I get along with other kids like myself. I'm not a noisy old guy but if I need to go out, I'll let you know. I like being outside but I have to find a home where there's a fence because otherwise, when I'm out for a stroll, I'd probably just keep on going.

I'll be going back to the dogtor soon to see if the antibiotics I'm taking are doing their job. The dogtor will decide what else he can do for me. Once that's all done, I'm ready to find a home....a home where I can live for the rest of my life, where someone will love me and take care of me in my golden years.

Please e-mail or call the contact info to the right to find out more about making this sweetheart a part of your family!
