Nina

2 1/2 year old Nina is kennel trained, she sleeps though the night and will nap whiten her fosters are away. She would love to have a canine sibling to show her the ropes and help build her confidence. She definitely has a playful side! She has tried to initiate play with the senior shihtzu in her foster home but he's uninterested and she respects that. Her foster says that she may be a bit shy initially, but once comfortable, she opens up beautifully. She seemed like a whole new dog (in a good way) a couple days after they brought her home. She loves to be around her humans, she's a very happy dog despite all she's been through and she loves belly rubs and cuddles. She would do best in a home without cats though She likes playing in the hose and absolutely loves the doggy pool! Her ideal forever home would be with someone who appreciates her quirks, is committed to her ongoing training, and can provide a loving environment where she can continue to blossom. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
