My Story

Nina- adult female Husky crossed with Rotti or possibly Doberman; probably between 1 and 2 years old; not very big, only about knee-high. Nina is a sweet little dog who was abandoned when her owner went to jail. She was not only left to fend for herself, but was left at a huge disadvantage, as she was tied up, not even able to forage around to find enough food to keep herself alive. She came to us skeletally thin and still carrying around last winter's hair. She has since been brushed out and is gaining weight rapidly. Nina is a very sweet, submissive dog, who loves all people. She is good with cats as long as they are not running. She is still young and playful and loves attention, especially if it involves a bit of rough-housing! At heart she is just a little sweetheart who is grateful for any attention she gets. This would make a great family dog and devoted companion.

New Hope rescue has thankfully helped us again. Nina is currently in Foster Care with them. Please contact New Hope rescue for any inquirey about Nina.
