Nova Moo (or Moo-Moo as well like to call her), was brought to Camp Pendleton Animal Shelter as a stray. She is almost 5 years old and looks very much like a cow with her unique black and white pattern. Moo-Moo is shy and would need time and patience to warm up to a new environment, and feel confident that she is loved and will be a real member of her new family. She is more open around women but takes more time to be comfortable around men. She does need to be adopted off-base due to being a pit bull mix which is a restricted breed on base (and part cow, which is also not allowed on base unfortunately). She is a very polite girl even though she has a shy nature, and would possibly make an amazing running partner for the right person. Moo-Moo wants so badly to please people but doesn't quite know how yet. Give her the time and she'll be that best friend you've been looking for. The public is welcome to come adopt the patriotic pets at the Camp Pendleton Animal Shelter! All dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, flea-treated, and micro-chipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee $110.
