Oz was rescued from one of the local shelters and has had a difficult time prior to being rescued.
He's weighs in at 5 lbs.(4/24/09) and has been severely neglected.
You would not know it by his attitude though... He is the sweetest little guy and quite happy. Which is pretty amazing, considering what he's been through.
He may not be ready to go to a home right away but we'll keep updating his progress.. so keep checking back.
We'll add some video in the next few days.. this little dog is half MinPin and half goofball. :o)
