**adopted**Panda is a male Border Collie baby who was found as a stray and his time was up at the pound. His estimated Date of Birth is March 2009. Panda has an abundance of energy, loves toys, people and other dogs. This little fur ball will be in a foster home working on house training, socialization etc. He will be neutered, shots updated, wormed and vet checked before going to his new home. There is a donation toward his medical work of $100.
