Petey

Little 8 year old, 16 lb Petey is looking for a new home. His mom went into a nursing home and he went to live with her daughter. But Petey and the 10 year old cat just couldn't come to an understanding, so Petey was turned over to Boston Buddies. Petey has an adorable half black/half white face and one blue eye. Petey is deaf but he doesn't seem to notice. He races around before breakfast and dinner and gives a cute bark to let you know he is waiting. He loves running in and out the doggie door and is completely housebroken. He understands the No command by shaking your finger in his face. Petey actually went to a sign language school for deaf dogs when he was one year old but his mom never followed up on that. He is a smart dog and learns quickly. Petey wants to hang out with you as much as possible but is also fine hanging out with his three foster Boston brothers. He is a cuddler and will curl up next to you on a couch. Petey has always been able to sleep in bed with his owners - preferably under the covers - so he would like a home where that will be allowed. Petey is neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and micro chipped. Petey misses his mom but he knows there is another great forever home out there for him. Is it with you?
