Pigeon

MEET PIGEON! Pigeon is one of the sweetest dogs ever...just wants to lean on you or be in your lap. Another endearing quality is her front legs. They both curve to the left. Vets have done x-rays and determined this is a birth defect, not an injury, and it has no affect on her. Pigeon runs like the wind! Pigeon is about 5 years old and 35 lbs. She loves people, gets along well with other dogs, is house-trained and crate-trained. She also likes to check out the water at the parks! Just all around perfect! Pigeon was picked up as a stray by animal control. She had on a collar and tag and was microchipped, which should have been her ticket home. However, despite repeated calls, the owners never came to pick her up. Due to overcrowding, Pigeon's days at the shelter were coming to an end. She was a staff favorite, and as a last minute hope, they reached out to RCR. We rushed to pick her up, and are so glad we did!
