Popsy is a 1-year-old silver Toy Poodle. He was brought into the shelter with his sister- Mopsy. When we first got Popsy, he was a mess (See pictures before- can hardly believe it's the same dog). Once he was cleaned up & groomed, we could see what a beautiful handsome dog he is. Popsy is very sweet, very affectionate and he loves to play. Popsy is current on all vaccination, neutered & microchipped.
