Rags is a baby PBGV, just fourteen weeks old who ended up at the pound because of a bad ear infection. His previous owner never considered the fact that his grumpiness was a result of the pain he was having to endure.
As a youngster, Rags was relegated to an outside kennel without much shelter or, companionship...no way for a young pup to grow up.
Now, that Rags has been in rescue for over a month and, his ears are clearing up...he is a fun loving sweetheart, just like any other pup his age.
