Rascal is a great little dog, just looking for a new home. He is calm, quiet and well behaved. He jumps to get your attention - but then sits patiently by your side, just wanting to be with you. He is good with cats, dogs and all people. I am not sure he would tolerate small children, or puppies as they are just too busy for him. Rascal is housetrained and not much of a barker.
