My Story

River is available for adoption through HART. River is a herding breed mixture of possible Catahoula and Aussie and she weighs about 50lbs. River is about 3 years old but has already endured a rough start to life, being passed around for trust issues. River has come a long way but will still require continued positive guidance from her new family. River will do best in an adult dog savvy home as the only pet. River has excelled in our care and she is sweet, loving, treat motivated and quick to learn, however her breed is not recommended for first time pet parents.
