Rosco is a very cute, 16 pound, Spaniel/Terrier mix who came into the city shelter as a stray. He tends to bond strongly to one or two caretakers (he seems to prefer women) and can be mistrustful of strangers until he gets to know them. He also has a tendency to guard his belongings (treats and bones mostly), so we would not recommend him for a home with young children.
He likes other animals (cats especially!). His favorite thing is getting a good long pet/ear rub and he is a very loving companion who frequently asks for your affection. He is fully housetrained and LOVES going for his walks.
Rosco's ideal home would be in a quieter, stable household with a caretaker who will spoil him rotten.
He is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Adoption fee is $200.
