Scooby aka Scooter is about 7-8 months old and weighs about 50 lbs currently. He came to us from a high kill southern shelter when his time was up because a women who tries to rescue from this shelter reached out to us to spare his life. She said he had just healed up from a broken jaw and was such a sweet pup & deserved a second chance. Scooby is now in one of our southern foster homes with several other dogs and cats. He gets along great with all of the cats & all of the dogs, except for one. So if you have another dog, a meet and greet would be a must to make sure the dogs jive. Scooby is going to training every Monday night and is doing excellent with leash walking, crate training, house training, he knows sit, stay, leave it & several other commands. Scooby takes to women right away but is still leery of some men. Who knows how this guy got his jaw broken or what his past may have been. But he deserves a wonderful home to call his very own! He is micro chipped, up-to-date with all his vaccines, is neutered, on heartworm prevention & flea prevention. His adoption fee is $425, which is a tax deductible donation.
