Scruffy

At 9 years of age, it’s hard to lose the “mom” you’ve lived with your whole life. But mine has recently gone into the hospital and will be in and out for quite some time so she simply can’t care for me any more. I really adored her, and am SO unhappy to have lost the love and companionship that we shared. I am a neutered, brown/tan multi-colored, male Peek-a-Poo (or maybe Cock-a-Poo?) mix gentleman who, until my mom became ill, loved to go on daily walks, sit with her while she watched TV or read, and just generally shared my life with her. I haven’t been around kids or other animals, so I would be ever so lucky if I could find a quiet home with an older person or couple where I can try to put the trauma of the past few weeks behind me and become the lover I really am. If you would like a quiet companion to be your forever friend (I DO have lots of years of devotion left to give!) then will you please look my way? Monday, July 28, 2008
