18 month old Scruggs is gorgeous - inside and out. He's simply a nice dog - - - - - - - who lost his home through no fault of his own. He has a medium level of energy, is crate trained and housebroken, and got along fine with the other dogs in his previous household, and appears to get along with all the dogs here.
