SERENA

Serena is a seven-year-old, 55-pound Shar Pei mix. Serena has the monicker “Land Hippo” at Home Fur Good. Her rounded proportions and squishy face evoke the comparison to that legendary animal. She also enjoys lolling around in our kiddie pools during the summer, looking very hippo-like. This sweet girlie has a happy-go-lucky personality and she’s always glad to see you. She’s a curious girl. When she’s out walking, she likes to visit the business park on Northern. There, she admires herself in the windows, snoops in the office hallways, and waters the vegetation. Her favorite activity in the yard is just to be with you, especially if you give her a massage. She loves people! She’s not a big fan of other doggos, however. Serena would appreciate being a solo canine companion. Serena has some allergy challenges and is on a successful treatment regimen for them. Home Fur Good can provide all the details for maintaining her silky coat and svelte figure to her adopters. This affectionate and sometimes goofy girlie will reward her forever family with love and devotion and plenty of good times! Give us a call at Home Fur Good and meet our happy hippo. The adoption fee is $225 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment.
