Shaggy was one matted Bichon, he is 8 months old and it looks like he never been brushed in his life. He also never been socialized or walked on a leash. With some TLC, good bath and grooming, Shaggy, who is now named JoJo is one happy dog, living with his new loving family. What a happy ending.
