My Story

ADOPTION PENDING! When a lady goes through the things I have been through, some folks think she’s supposed to be bitter. Not me. I am very happy, very sweet, very gentle. I’m not one of those huskies who is as strong as an ox & as energetic as a – well, as a husky! But coming from where I did, one can understand. I went to a shelter after they found me wandering down a highway lacking spirit. I was anemia, tick-infested, and with skin problems. By the grace of God as well as the love of the animal control department, I lived through it & can tell my story. This wilted flower came to life! The tail was down. Now it’s up! Where there was a frown, there now is an eternal smile. I never stop wagging. I weigh 44 pounds. My birthday is approximately July 4, 2002. I am solid white with beautiful blue eyes. I never stop wagging my tail. Children, other dogs, and kitties are fine. Of course, like most female Siberian Huskies, I usually will let the other dogs know I am the queen bee, but after what I’ve been through, who would ever think about denying me? If you’re looking for a very sweet & gentle lady who deserves some love and a happy home, come & visit me. Named for a hero. See Sita
