Smudge was born a healthy young puppy. At around 9 months of age she developed a bald spot on her left thigh near her rear. There was a scab on the back of her neck.. She was taken to the vet and they did a scrapping ...diagnosis demodectic mange. She is NOT contagious and takes .35cc of Ivermectin per day.
Studies have shown that some dogs grow out of this as they mature,
Smudge is now 14 months old and trained. She is a wonderful bouncy baby Boston and would be a great friend for a couple or single person.
Smudge is being fostered in the Catskill Region in Upstate NY
