Petnote: This poor guy was found and brought to the shelter. He was so filthy and matted he couldn't even see. The shelter shaved him, so soon he will have a nice soft Bichon coat. He is a very sweet guy, and likes other animals.. alot! He is housebroken, UTD with his shots and recently neutered. More info from the foster family coming soon... with after pics!
