Tisha is a Puppy Mill survivor. She is approx 4 years old, spayed,
shots up to date. She has been in a foster home to help her adjust to life
outside a cage, but is still pretty shy and slow to adjust to strangers.
Housebreaking is an ongoing project. Tisha is very sweet and will make a
wonderful companion in an adult home that is willing help her adjust to her
new world.
