Vincent (05-039) is a red & white male basset who is 3 to 4 years old. His owners dumped him at the shelter in Carroll County. Vincent is up-to-date on vaccinations and is neutered. He gets along really well with the kids - they lay all over him. And he even gets along with the cat in his foster home. At first, Vincent was a little skittish in his new foster home, but that's getting better with time. He loves to sleep with his humans, and Vincent is perfectly housebroken! He can't wait to find a family of his own!
