Lady is a 2 year old Labradoodle that was surrendered by her owners when they lost their home to foreclosure. Lady is sweet, but she did not pass the required shelter's Safer Testing for her to be eligible for adoption with their shelter so we offered to take her believing this is a workable issue. When the tester applied pressure to her front paws she screamed, and tried to apply her mouth to her hand that was pinching her. When she tried to pinch her from the backside she would spin around, screaming, mouth open wide. She did not bite just mouthed. She wasn't fearful when they had her out walking her or loving on her, she just has a low tolerance for any type of pain, regardless of how mild the pressure is. This can be worked on with desensitizing her. She only just arrived so we will add more information soon. Email Pam at [email protected]
