SHAYLIE
Shaylie is a 1-year-old Greyhound/Whippet mix. She basically just looks like a very small Greyhound or a very large Whippet so who knows. This sweet, gentle girl spent her entire life at a shelter until IDR spotted her and took her in. She is a fantastic foster girl. She crates very well, walks well on the leash and travels nicely in the car. She gets along great with other dogs, but cannot do cats at all. She loves affection and has the softest coat, you can't help but pet her. She is very sensitive to correction so she is easy to work with. She can easily scale a 4-foot fence, so her new home must have a 6-foot solid fence and she must have a fenced yard. If you are a sighthound person you understand why. She LOVES to run. She would benefit greatly from going to obedience to boost her confidence and she would be a top notch agility, flyball or Frisbee dog.
