Zoey is about 11 months old as of February 2009. She was rescued by someone who said that the people who had her did not take care of her very well. The person had found her on Craigslist as her owners were giving Zoey away. Her rescuer wanted to keep her, but her two other dogs would not accept her. Zoey came in very skinny and frightened. She is now learning to trust people and enjoys playing with the other dogs.
We believe that Zoey needs to go to a home that does not have small children as she is very nervous. However, we do not think for a minute that she would bite a child. We just want her to feel comfortable in her new home.
