They are a bonded pair! Shane (black) is a special needs bunny with Head Tilt, and gets along just fine with the help of her friend, Danke. Both are friendly!
Although Danke likes to thump and sounds intimidating, he loves to have some nice head rubs and will come over for some pets once he’s comfortable with you.
As a special needs bunny, Shane will need a flat space where she can get some grip and a soft space to lie down. She will always wobble and sometimes fall to her side, but she gets right back up again! She’s resilient and a total sweetheart.
Neither are litter box trained. Shane does not require you to keep her back end clean as she seems to do this well enough on her own, maybe with the occasional help from Danke.
Both love to get outside time in their xpen, but are indoor buns the rest of the time. They use pee pads underneath them inside and those pads are changed once a day so they’re not sitting on a damp mat.
